age365 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and age365 ("age365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at age365.club and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by age365 may result in the suspension or closure of the relevant account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To use the age365 platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the age365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. age365 may merge, close, or restrict duplicate accounts and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your age365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. age365 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. 3.4 Account Currency

The account currency for all age365 player accounts is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.2 Odds and Markets
